Our goal is to make sure you are fully satisfied with your design. That’s why we offer revisions depending on your selected package, allowing you to request changes until the design meets your expectations.
🔹 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- If no initial logo concepts have been delivered yet
- If the delivered concepts do not match your original brief
- If you request a refund within 48 hours of placing your order
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- After final logo files have been delivered
- If revisions have been used extensively
- If the delay is caused by lack of communication or incomplete information from the client
- Change of mind after the design process has started
⏳ Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued back to the original payment method.
